Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actor most famously known for her role as Bo in the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay who is director of drama and producer of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Silk's father Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of watching television and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk was a small girl in commercials. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Arts from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto to pursue her acting career in November 1999, and during the decade that followed, she relocated into Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future partner, which she was introduced to during her time in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. The couple got engaged the year 2009 and wed in a civil ceremony in December of that year. Following her conversion to Judaism, they renew their vows in an Jewish ceremony on 10 April 2011. The ceremony was held in Fredericton. Silk got a baby that was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born son on 13 May 2016. Silk was also nominated in 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. She was given the role of Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk was pregnant while filming the finale of the third season. The actress announced her pregnancy to fans during the Showcase Season Three pre-show special on 6 January 2013. Silk, who has been doing work on the show since the third season finale episode premiered on January 6 2013. She announced via Twitter her readiness to return on June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of the fourth.
